Synthesis and Characterization of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) Using Humic Acid
نویسندگان
چکیده
MIPs was synthesized through microwave assisted organic synthesis (MAOS) method by using methyl methacrylate (MMA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) cross-linker, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) initiator, N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) porogen solvent, and (HA) template. The successfully according to the characterization Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM), dispersive spectrometer (EDS), UV spectrophotometer. FTIR shows other groups peaks in spectra of NIPs after leaching were appeared at wavelength 2955 cm-1 corresponded stretching vibration C-H 1459 1160.06 bands CH3 O-CH3. EDS have elemental compositions C, O, Si with a mass 78.34, 21.43, 0.23%. spectrum absorbance values 0.36 nm 0.44 nm.

Selective Extractions by Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs)
Sample preparation is often the rate-limiting step in analytical methods and its effectiveness has a critical impact on accuracy, quantification and, ultimately, the precision of any measurement. Traditionally, liquid–liquid extraction methods are frequently used for the extraction of organic analytes from aqueous samples. To overcome some of the disadvantages of liquid–liquid extraction (e.g.,...
متن کاملMolecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) in Biomedical Applications
Within biological systems, these are usually dynamic and are the result of a mass of noncovalent interactions, which act collectively to form a very stable system. Molecular imprinting is a relatively new and rapidly evolving technique used to create synthetic receptors, having recognition properties comparable to the biological systems and it also possesses great potential in a number of appli...
متن کاملAre molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) beneficial in detection and determination of mycotoxins in cereal samples?
The process of matrix clean-up and extraction of analytes has a significant influence on the detection and determination of the analyte, especially in trace amounts. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are solid particles that can absorb specific molecules regarding the template molecule used in the synthesis process of each type of MIP. As a result, they can be used in more effective and mor...

متن کاملSynthesis and Characterization of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers for Phenoxyacetic Acids
2-methylphenoxyacetic acid (2-MPA), 2-methyl-4-chlorophenxyacetic acid (MCPA) and 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (4-CPA) were imprinted to investigate the cross-selectivities of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). The result indicates that 2-MPA, which is similar in shape, size and functionality with phenoxyacetic herbicides, are suitable to be used as a suitable template to prepare the MIPs for...
